Hi, I’m Craig Jahnke, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my blog and podcast series focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI, and the evolving landscape of modern workplace technology.
🚀 Who Am I?
I’m a Principal Solutions Engineer with a deep passion for helping organizations unlock the full potential of Microsoft technologies. With over two decades of experience in IT, I’ve worked across industries to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
My journey has taken me from early days in SharePoint to the cutting edge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and now Copilot and AI. I thrive on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing tech world.
🤝 Building Community
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been giving back to the community. I’ve been a long-time advocate for knowledge sharing and peer learning, which led me to:
- Co-found SharePoint Saturday Chicago Suburbs, which has since evolved into M365 Chicago—a vibrant, community-driven event that brings together Microsoft 365 professionals, MVPs, and enthusiasts from across the region.
- Co-organize the Chicago Microsoft Power Platform User Group, where we host regular meetups to explore Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder. It’s a space where professionals from all backgrounds come together to learn, share, and grow.
- Speak at conferences and user groups across the country, sharing insights on Microsoft 365, AI, and digital transformation. Whether it’s a deep-dive session or a panel discussion, I love connecting with others who are passionate about tech.
🎙️ Why This Blog & Podcast?
We’re at a pivotal moment in technology. AI is no longer a buzzword—it’s becoming a co-pilot in how we work, think, and create. Through this blog and podcast, I’ll be exploring:

- Practical tips for integrating AI into your daily workflows
